Tecnolamiera forms part of the IS Bologna group; an integrated network of sub-suppliers set up in Bologna – a town which has always been a centre of mechanical machining excellence.

This group of cross-business companies in the engineering sector comprises iron and aluminium foundries, of the earth and chill type for automotive parts, numerically controlled milling, reaming and turning, production of prototypes and precision mechanical engineering parts, plastic moulding and light, medium and heavy-duty steel structures.

Compared to a traditional system, in which the customer must control various suppliers for a single product, IS.BO follows the production process from the initial quotation to the delivery of the finished items, costing and handling all stages from casting or manufacture of structural steelwork, to machining on work stations and any heat or surface treatments – guaranteeing timing, transparency and quality.
